1913, 3 P., 1/2 A., 2 A. and 2 1/2 A. tied four strikes large dollar type "CHABDO-TIBET Kuei Chou 6.15" (type C3) to registered red band cover with ms. "No 258" to Chengtu, on reverse "Chengtu 2.7.20" arrival. While chinese posts in Tibet were evacuted by by October 1911, the p.o. in Chabdo(Kham-region) continued to used surcharged stamps. Sent from Chabdo branch p.o. to Chengtu p. o. - Hellrigl 95 points "very rare", Mizuhara listed only 3 covers known.
