1875, postal stationery card 4 k. green (two words in second line without the additional words "and abroad") cancelled "BAPOHb 20 MAR 1878" to St. Petersbourg with next day arrival and long text. The card was withdrawn after 3 months in July 1875, and again put on sale 1877/8 in St. Petersburg and Baltic area when a shortage of 4 K. (P4) cards arose. Eight used cards (and none mint) are recorded today. A major Russia postal history rarity in very good quality!
