1875, card 4 K. green (2nd line. two words) canc. "DUBBELNSK 5 JUL 1878" to Kymmels book store, Riga with same day arrival marking. Dubbeln, today Dubulti, part of Jermala. The card was withdrawn after 3 monts in July 1875, and again put on sale 1877/8 in St. Petersburg and Baltic area when a shortage of 4 K. (P4) cards arose.
