"No 258" to Chengtu, on reverse "Chengtu 2.7.20" arrival. While chinese posts in Tibet were evacuted by by October 1911, the p.o. in Chabdo(Kham-region) continued to used surcharged stamps. Sent from Chabdo branch p.o. to Chengtu p. o. - Hellrigl 95 points "very rare", Mizuhara listed only 3 covers known.
