1937 Postal stationery registered envelope used in 1940 from Kuala Krai, Kelantan to England and redirected, uprated by 'Sultan Ismail' 6c. lake and two singles 1c. grey-olive & yellow all tied "KUALA KRAI KELANTAN/23 NOV 40" cds, with Reg. label alongside and with censor strip, boxed "PASSED BY/CENSOR 114/SINGAPORE", Singapore transit dater and English Registered oval datestamps of '15 Feb 41' (Dover?) and '17 Feb 41'. Remnants of a large official (censor) label/note on back, fine and interesting as sent 23.11.40 and arrived not before 17.2.41.
