1900, envelope 20 K. canc. boxed "Pekin 20 XI 1900" (day and month handwritten) as registered cover to Germany. On reverse transits of three russian p.o. in China: Tientsin, Inkou (Newchang, violet), Shanghai, also "HONG KONG JA 1 01" and arrival "POTSDAM 1.2.01". The rare Tchilingirian type 5 (fig. 467, in Tchilingirian/Stephen, part 4, p. 343). Very scarce commercial usage of this rarity.
