1875, postal stationery card 4 k. (second line, two words) cancelled "ST.PETERSBOURG 16.1.1878" to Frauenstein, Germany with same day transit cancel and long text. The card was withdrawn after 3 months in July 1875, and again put on sale 1877/8 in St. Petersburg and Baltic area when a shortage of 4 K. (P4) cards arose. Seven used cards (and none mint) are recorded today. A major Russia postal history rarity in very good quality!
